Description

This workshop aims to support new parents as they navigate mental health shifts that might occur during the postpartum period. Learn how to prepare for potential challenges including sleep deprivation, an influx of hormones, unexpected breastfeeding obstacles, and changes that could occur in personal relationships. Individuals and families will be equipped with resources to handle the normalcies and surprises of the “fourth trimester.” We will focus on mental fitness and how you can experience and demonstrate strong mental fitness for your baby.
